SHIPPING & Delivery
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Enjoy complimentary international shipping (tax and duties included) on orders over $150 USD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4–10 business days. You’ll receive detailed shipping information in your confirmation email.
As orders are prepared promptly, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll gladly cancel it and issue a full refund.

Don't worry if your tracking number is not active; it can take up to 3-5 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate a tracking number. Rest assured that you will receive the item you've ordered.
Returns & Exchange
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags remain attached.
To receive a return label, please email us at hello@rivierasoiree.com. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to use your preferred courier for the return.
No, after 14 days, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please review products and decide within 14 days of when the item arrives.
Please kindly note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, but we’ll gladly provide store credits for future purchases.
Returns must adhere to the following:
‣ Must be returned within 14 days of the items being delivered.
‣ Any Pre Order items are excluded from returns. Only store credits available.
‣ Items must be returned in their original packaging
‣ All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
‣ Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours
If the above is not adhered to when you make the return; we reserve the right to return the item to you.
Customs & Taxes
Orders are currently shipped from Hong Kong, and the shipping fee already includes tax and duties. There will not be any extra fees upon delivery.

Can I Purchase An Item That Is a Pre-Order?
Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.rivierasoiree.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be displayed on the product page.
I Have Purchased Two Different Pre-Orders With Different Shipping Dates?
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been processed through the checkout.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add hello@rivierasoiree.com to your contacts. Otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
If an item you have ordered is missing from the online order# that you receive after placing your order, it will likely have been removed because it is out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please get in touch with us immediately with the following information:
