Duties & Taxes

Returns

Initiate your return at hello@rivierasoiree.com within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure a smooth process.
Please keep your items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached - as pristine as a freshly poured glass of champagne.
We carefully inspect all returns, in the rare event that a return doesn't meet our guidelines, we'll gently send it back to you, unable to process a refund.

Exchange

We offer a one-time, non-refundable size exchange for the same item, depending on availability. To request an exchange, please send us an email at hello@rivierasoiree.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund

At Riviera Soirée, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any additional charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return at our Hong Kong warehouse, we'll promptly notify you via email. Our team will carefully inspect the item for any signs of wear or damage. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any additional charges. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Declined Delivery

If an order is declined at delivery, we will process a refund for your merchandise upon the receipt of the returned delivery.
