Depending on your location, you can expect your Riviera Soirée pieces to arrive within 2-14 days. This allows ample time for your outfit to reach you, ready for your next moonlit soirée or champagne-laden yacht adventure.

Please note that duties and taxes are included in the listed prices on our website. This means you can shop with confidence, knowing there will be no additional charges upon delivery—what you see is what you pay.
Returns
We want you to love your Riviera Soirée pieces as much as we do. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help:
Initiate your return at hello@rivierasoiree.com within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure a smooth process.
Please keep your items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached - as pristine as a freshly poured glass of champagne. We carefully inspect all returns, in the rare event that a return doesn't meet our guidelines, we'll gently send it back to you, unable to process a refund.
Return Shipping
To receive a return label, please email us at hello@rivierasoiree.com. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to use your preferred courier for the return.
Exchange
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please kindly initiate a return and place a new order at your convenience.
Refund
At Riviera Soirée, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any additional charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return at our Hong Kong warehouse, we'll promptly notify you via email. Our team will carefully inspect the item for any signs of wear or damage. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any additional charges. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Declined Delivery
If an order is declined at delivery, we will process a refund for your merchandise upon the receipt of the returned delivery.
