Refund policy

We want you to love your Riviera Soirée pieces as much as we do. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help:

  • Initiate your return at hello@rivierasoiree.com within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure a smooth process.
  • Please keep your items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached - as pristine as a freshly poured glass of champagne.
  • We carefully inspect all returns to maintain our high standards of quality. In the rare event that a return doesn't meet our guidelines, we'll gently send it back to you, unable to process a refund.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Your Riviera Soirée experience should be as flawless as a moonlit night on the coast. We're here to ensure your satisfaction from the moment you place your order to the instant you step out in your radiant new outfit.

Return Shipping

We offer pre-paid shipping labels for all returns. 

Exchange

We offer a one-time, non-refundable size exchange for the same item, depending on availability. To request an exchange, please send us an email at hello@rivierasoiree.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Refund

At Riviera Soirée, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that duties, taxes, and any additional charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return at our Hong Kong warehouse, we'll promptly notify you via email. Our team will carefully inspect the item for any signs of wear or damage. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any additional charges. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Declined Delivery

If an order is declined at delivery, we will process a refund for your merchandise upon the receipt of the returned items. However, please note that any associated duties, taxes, or customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
